To keep going, sometimes we need to allow ourselves to stop
Green Spaces and Green Therapy

Wai – Hello!
It is coming to Spring, and the possibilities are exciting for birth, re-birth, and growth. I am excited that we can begin shedding the cold layers of clothes and basking in the light and the sun.
I am looking forward to being free and allowing more creativity flow as I embrace the outdoors and notice the growth and the green that the lands have to offer (there is so much). Green spaces are vital for green therapy, which is essential to me and my mental health, and I wonder if you have enough time to get into green spaces to get your green therapy for yourself.
For the start of Spring, can you allow yourself to stop and go into the green to get the energy to keep on going and doing what you do in your life with a "Spring" in your step???
